The Owner
While still attending school, Jeff Cox, the President, started this company as a side business. With consistent, increasing success, Jeff saw the opportunity to build Hoss into a full scale enterprise. Since its inception, Jeff has increased the scope of construction projects and now 10 full time employees coupled with a vast sub-force in varied capacities lead the construction industry. Jeff manages to oversee all projects and business operations. He takes pride in the integrity and reputation his company has built throughout the years.

Our Management Team
With 14 years in Capital Project Management, property administration and quality control, Mike Sills manages a full spectrum of responsibilities. Working in a variety of locations with 15 million dollar budgets, he has directed major capital improvement renovations of multi-family properties. His extensive experience includes overseeing and managing project vendors, architects, and subcontractors as well as conducting cost analysis, project specifications, maintaining budgets and contractual agreements.
Mike is a strong leader consistently insuring that projects are completed within timelines and within budgets. He coordinates all aspects of the project executing technical expertise coupled with sound leadership.

Richard Cox is multi faceted in his talents and has been with Hoss Construction many years as an estimator. He is also able to handle insurance claims through Xactimate estimating system.

Kelley Farinelli has four years of custom home building combined with 8 years of construction experience and has managed as many as 18 projects simultaneously.

Michael Kennon has completed commercial projects in California, South Dakota, Georgia, Louisiana, Oklahoma and all over Texas. His position as a job project manager / supervisor has delivered superior customer satisfaction.
